The most significant project undertaken in Prague in recent years, Savarin includes not only careful reconstruction of existing historic buildings but also the creation of a completely new public space with greenery.
The Savarin project’s design is by one of the world’s most prominent architects and designers, Thomas Heatherwick, and his architectural firm. Prague will thus gain new and distinctive world-class architecture.

Public rooftop gardens and terraces will provide breathtaking panoramic views of Prague. The new public arcades will be connected to existing passages and link the streets around the entire block. There will be no doors on the arcades. All areas will be fully accessible and a new, direct, step-free entrance to the Můstek metro station will be created.
