The new Dornych, which replaces the dilapidated Prior department store, is conceived as a combination of office space, dwellings, services, a hotel, and the finest shops and restaurants. It will be a new, permeable public space that will link downtown Brno with the new development in the South District.
The architectural solution respects the character of the city, creates a new permeable public space, and restores this area’s vital role.
