Residential development
Housing is the backbone of every well-functioning neighborhood. For us, it is the heart of the entire project. Our residential developments are not created in isolation but as part of a well-considered urban design that takes account of the movement of people, urban rhythms, and the everyday needs of residents. We view every project as a long-term commitment. That is why we combine state-of-the-art architecture with a responsible approach.02
Office buildings
Crestyl creates modern office spaces that encourage cooperation, creativity, and well-being. Our key values are sustainability, technological innovation, and easy access and connectivity with services, cafés, and restaurants. Flexible spaces facilitate the easy consolidation of units, providing ideal spaces for businesses to grow.03
High Street Retail
We are transforming downtown areas into vibrant destinations for shopping, socializing, and culture. Every project is designed with due regard to the local context and its needs. The aim is to create unique high-end retail destinations with a blend of global brands and independent boutiques that people like to come back to and which can remain financially viable for many years.04
Asset & property management
Office and retail projects are not sold off at once, but instead they are kept under in-house management. This enables us to strictly maintain the quality promised to tenants when they sign their contracts while further developing and improving the project. Who is better placed to manage a project than the company that built it? We have the best overview of what the project needs and how to respond to urgent situations.05
Community management
The long-term satisfaction of our tenants is paramount. Our aim is to give them a reason to stay with us and to share their positive experiences. Each of our projects that combines office and retail spaces has a community manager who not only handles the program and marketing, but who also serves as a helpful resource for tenants, listening to them and advocating for their wishes.06
Investment management
We offer investment opportunities in our projects. It is possible to invest directly or through our funds, which are backed by a geographically and product-diversified portfolio in the Czech Republic and Poland. Become our partner and join us in transforming unique locations into great neighborhoods while also earning a return on your assets. We back your investment with the size and strength of the Crestyl Group – one of the largest and most highly regarded developers in Central Europe.
Our aim is to create better places to live, work, and play and to be a role model for others in how to handle something as important as the urban environment.
Long-term
relationships are ourbest investment
We work with leading domestic and international investors, banks, and institutions that share our long-term vision. We base our projects on transparent relationships, prudent capital management, and long-term sustainable values.
